All our UK manufactured cloakroom furniture products now have a minimum five year warranty.
Where goods are found to be defective within their warranty period “the Company” shall repair, or at its sole
discretion replace, defective goods free of charge, subject to “the Buyer” notifying ESE Direct in writing immediately upon a defect becoming apparent due to faulty design, materials or workmanship.
The changing room equipment must be looked after in accordance with our operation, inspection and maintenance guidelines. “The Company” shall not be liable if the defect arises because “the Buyer” has allowed improper use or caused abuse of the goods, or the defect arises through normal wear and tear.
Goods are not sold as fit for any particular purpose, “the Buyer” should determine the suitability of the cloakroom product for its intended use before purchase, if in doubt please ask.
No liability of any nature will be accepted by “the Company” for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of, or in connection with the display of, offer for sale, or the sale of the Goods.
Any transportation costs involved in repair or replacement of goods will be covered by “the Buyer”.
Where any court or arbitrator determines any part of these terms and conditions unenforceable for whatever reason the maximum “the Company” shall be liable for loss or damage will be an amount not exceeding the original contract price.
