Wall-mounted mesh shelves are available with or without a captive chrome clothes hanging rail and the mesh shelving is most commonly used in secure or sensitive areas when you need to be able to see what is on the shelf, or areas like drying rooms where you need a good flow of air around the garments etc (if clothing likely to be soaking wet we would recommend pre-zinc coating is applied prior to painting (optional extra)).
The mesh shelf without rail is ideal for use above cloakroom benches with coat hooks on the wall (please make sure shelf is mounted high enough to avoid banging your head when rising from the seat) or in store rooms.
The mesh shelf with the captive coat rail is ideal for use in cloakrooms or wardrobe areas (please make sure shelves are mounted high enough to ensure coats, boiler suits, overalls and long items do not impinge on anything below).
Each mesh shelf kit comprises of two or three shelf brackets with intermediate mesh shelves and hanging rail if appropriate, upon delivery just a few bolts required to complete assembly (bolts and instructions are included but wall fixings are not).
Captive coat hangers are also available for the mesh garment rails on request and these must be fitted on the rail before tightening the mesh shelves and locating the rail in the last shelf bracket.
